Manage daily treasury operations, including cash movements, investments, and financing. Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s financial obligations. Develop and execute cash management and working capital strategies. Oversee financial reserves in line with corporate policies and objectives. Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency and mitigate risks. Monitor and manage market, credit, and liquidity risks. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and partners.
