#KIA #FRANCE is looking for an #Educational #Coordinator (M/F). Reporting to the Head of Training Center Service, your main missions will be as follows: __ I. CONSTRUCTION OF THE NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PLAN Identify the needs in terms of knowledge and skills for the different professions in the dealership network; anticipate possible developments; Build coherent training courses (mandatory or not) meeting current and future operational needs; Integrate new approaches and new formats (live video, tutoring, augmented or virtual reality, etc.) into a reflection on the continuous improvement of educational effectiveness; Share the chosen educational direction with #KIA #Europe; build training plans in line with and based on the European strategy. __ II. DEFINITION OF EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES Participate in framework meetings with internal clients: Department Directors / Service Heads / Field teams / KIA Europe; Translate operational needs into educational objectives for each training course; establish specifications, define the necessary resources and organize the activity schedule; Choose the most relevant formats to achieve the defined objectives (media, duration, methods, etc.); Guarantee the educational effectiveness of each module or course (entry/exit test). __ III. SUPERVISION OF THE CREATION OF TRAINING MODULES Adapt the educational kits received from KIA Europe to the subsidiary, Develop, within the subsidiary, specific training modules for KIA France; Coordinate the design of training courses (compliance with specifications, budgets and deadlines) and validate the deliverables of internal (technical) or external (non-technical) trainers; Test and validate newly created modules. __ IV. EDUCATIONAL MONITORING Provide the necessary educational monitoring within the framework of Qualiopi certification; Establish a process for assessing knowledge and skills for all learners, establishing personalized assessments; Collect the opinions of learners and their employers (dealership network) at the end of each training course; Deploy and lead a process for evaluating training and trainers, Ensure the quality of the training provided vs. the educational objectives; Implement corrective action plans if necessary; Monitor the teaching methods offered on the market, in a process of continuous improvement. __ V. MONITORING AND REPORTING Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on training activities (excluding technical content); Consolidate and analyze educational and qualitative data in order to produce clear and usable reporting; Regularly communicate results to stakeholders (management, dealership network, certification bodies); Ensure the traceability of actions carried out and indicators monitored; Propose continuous improvement plans based on reporting elements. __ PROFILE You have completed specialized higher education in Training, Training Engineering or Human Sciences, and you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Training in a company or agency.
