Collaborate with the Director of #Learning & #Development, People Business Partners, and cross-functional business leaders to identify learning needs and create solutions aligned with strategic priorities for our People Leaders. __ #Manage key learning programs and initiatives, orchestrating seamless end-to-end experiences with detailed project plans that account for all necessary communications, logistics, delivery, and measurement. __ Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs for foundational leadership skills (e.g., feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, trust building, inclusive leadership). __ Facilitate a variety of dynamic learning sessions (from skills-based seminars to career development sessions) in both virtual and in-person formats. __ Continuously seek opportunities to automate, optimize, and iterate upon learning processes, from program marketing and registration to resource management and follow-up communications. __ Measure and track the effectiveness of learning programs, analyzing engagement, knowledge retention, and behavioral change to ensure a tangible impact on performance. __ Regularly audit and maintain our library of learning resources (presentation decks, documents, intranet pages) to ensure they are current, relevant, and easily accessible. __ Gather and analyze insights from feedback surveys, focus groups, and business data to form insightful recommendations on how to improve program content, processes, and delivery. __ Act as a consultant to the business, partnering with functional leaders to design team-specific learning solutions and development plans. __ Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the L&D space to continuously elevate our learning and development offerings.
