• Develop comprehensive Level 0 project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the Project Managers and other key stakeholders (eg #Programme #Manager). • Coordinate #project activities and ensure that all project tasks are tracked with any updates completed in a timely manner. Manage the transition from current plans and ways of working into the use of project web on a daily basis across 40 projects within the portfolio Act as a champion for Project Web across the account and provide guidance to PM’s regarding how to structure their plans to obtain the best results from Project Web • Identify and escalate any conflicts or issues in project plans that arise during the project lifecycle.
