Provide query management services to all employees, as it relates to their benefit, payroll or employee self-service queries by engaging with the employees __ Responsible for the administration of #Payroll, #Tax, Social Security / National Insurance, Pensions, and Benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies. __ Maintain and update employee records in #HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. __ Support internal audits and compliance checks by preparing documentation and reports related to HR operations. __ Implement People and Culture projects and initiatives within a specific country in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the P&C #Operations Function __ Identify opportunities for potential automation within the data #management, onboarding and off-boarding processes and procedures within the organisation Utilise various research methods, such as data collection and surveys, to identify problematic situations or root causes in order to continuously improve P&C Operations services across the entire value chain
