Main functions: Ensure the execution of processes and procedures that guarantee the correct and timely settlement of taxes levied on EECG's activities (direct and indirect taxes, local taxes, etc.). #Support specific projects and the Group's reporting procedures on international tax matters (e.g., transfer pricing, CFC-specific documentation, hybrid instruments). Support tax #audit activities in coordination with external advisors. Identify opportunities for improvement in the company's tax procedures and implement them. Analyze, monitor, and document tax risks associated with EECG's operations. Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate their implications to the CFO. Provide advice on daily inquiries related to local tax matters involved in the company's operations. #Manage the periodic reports of the tax area required by the parent company.
