This Individual should have a deep understanding of the entire #product suite. __ Should be up-to-date in the #technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of any #coding language is a must. __ Responsible for implementation of the #solutions provided by Curlec Razorpay for the Key Clients. __ Responsible to represent Curlec Razorpay from platform integration perspective with prospective merchants. __ Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and merchants. __ Support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards. __ Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers. __ The individual will act as a key feedback channel for customer's product requirements/ expectations and will close the loop with the Product team on the same. __ In the case of product customisation requests from the clients, he/she would help validate the requirements.
