Get necessary information from the site #engineer. Create block layout, detailed drawings and Billing of Quantities (BOQ) for the floor plans. Send the layout #design to the respective stakeholders and follow up until the floor plan is approved. Work on detailed Good for construction drawings (GFC) for each floor plans post layout approvals. Work on #BOQ based on detailed drawings and send it to the design lead for approval. Coordinate with site engineers and guide him, when required, during the execution phase. Coordinate with #MEP vendors for various drawings, if and when required, and finalize the same based on site conditions. #Construction
