We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail; Position: Sales Support Specialist Location:                       Head Office, G Tower, Rama 9, Bangkok Key Responsibilities:- Administer sales administration/ sales support plans and processes to assist sales teams and for processing of sales transactions. Prepare Sales report and Sales performance Data to Sales Management/ Manager/Sales Steering. Collect information and customer data to support sales teams with identification/ qualification of leads and preparation of quotations and contracts. Draft standard commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support sales. Collate feedback from post implementation review and prepare reports on customer complaints, delivery/ service problems, customer satisfaction, etc. Compile reports and statistics for supporting sales teams in conducting business reviews. Support pre- and after-sales activities and including basic Sales analysis. Maintain and update Sales documents e.g. ISO, SOP. Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or related field. At least 3 years of experiences in Freight Forwarding Business. Having knowledge of Air/ Ocean/Road Products and freight forwarding business models. Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities. Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment. Good communication in English both written and verbal. Experience with MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
