We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand, or Storeperson to step up into a Leading Hand role. Your duties will include: Leading a team to ensure objectives are communicated, and KPI’s achieved on a daily basis Ensure operational performance across functions including inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory Customer interaction including maintaining good working relationships and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse including adhering to DHL policies and procedures Following safe work practices and work instructions Assist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team Please note DHL Internal applications close on 26 February 2026.
