As part of DHL Group, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities. We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Bang Na, Thailand. Job Purpose: Provide administrative and basic analytical to support real estate routine tasks (lease documentation, database & system management, lease vetting etc.) Maintain regular touch base with external brokers / developers to build up standard market intelligence and city portfolio Coordinate with DGF and DeCS TH OPS team for lease transaction Gate keeper of CRE governance to assure necessary documentation / procedures are fulfilled for each real estate activities Negotiate with landlord on DGF and DeCS leases Your tasks: Regular update / maintenance of CRE database / documentations / systems Support basic tasks in all real estate transactions (property due diligence, CRE statement, rental calculation, lease vetting) Negotiate and manage relationship with external partners (landlords and brokers) to complete lease transaction. Proactively involve in APAC regional initiatives (launch of new system, data refresh, etc.) with contribution to continuous improvement Monitor and filing of all documentation and procedure under guidance of CRE governance policy Support on other team administrative works (meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, other administrative works assigned) Your profile: Fluent in English and can apply in a professional environment Skillful in PowerPoint and Excel as a must Past experience in a similar role would be a plus (e.g., real estate analyst in international real estate agencies / developers) Experience in Logistics / Office sectors will be an advantage Able to work with minimum supervision, under pressure with tight deadlines Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification Experience Level: High profile fresh graduate or 2-3 years junior professionals in related field We offer: Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world International and virtual environment Flexibility and great opportunity to learn Tempting Compensation and benefits DHL Group is an equal opportunity employer.
