Job Profile – Sales Analytics Intern JOIN OUR TEAM FOR AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (40 HOURS PER WEEK) IMPORTANT: You need to be enrolled in a study program during the duration of the internship! Starting in June 2026 for 4 months Position Overview Join our vibrant team at DHL Global Forwarding & Freight, where you'll support the analysis of sales performance and incentive structures to generate insights that inform decision-making and program improvement. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities, data handling skills, and an interest in understanding how incentives shape commercial outcomes. In this position, you will contribute to our global agenda focused on connecting people and improving lives by exploring data-driven insights and supporting continuous program enhancement. Your Tasks Business Understanding & Insight Gathering: Support the review of sales incentive outcomes by gathering inputs, observations, and feedback to build a holistic view of program effectiveness. Performance & Trend Observation: Help identify high-level patterns and trends in sales performance to understand how incentives influence behavior and results. Financial Awareness & Discipline: Assist in reviewing incentive outcomes against overall budget expectations to build awareness of cost, impact, and financial discipline. Program Evolution Support: Contribute to continuous improvement discussions by preparing insights and materials that inform future adjustments to the incentive framework. Your Profile You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program during the entire internship period. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Basic experience or strong interest in sales analytics, business performance, or incentive-related topics. Good skills in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus. Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
