Für den Ausbau unseres Mandantenpools suchen wir einen Spezialisten „Spezialfonds“ (d/m/w) mit Kenntnissen in und Freude an der Vermögensbuchhaltung und dem Vermögenscontrolling, idealerweise bereits mit Erfahrung im Bereich Family Office Mandate. Was sind Ihre neuen Aufgaben Pre-Order Kontrollen und Vorbereitung von Anlageentscheidungen oder Wertpapieraufträgen Analyse und Sicherstellung von Banktransaktionen zwischen Verwahrstelle/Depotbank und Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft in das Managementsystem QPLIX Post-Trade Kontrollen und Prüfungen der relevanten Wertpapieraufträge Abwicklung der Transaktionen mit der relevanten Verwahrstelle (Settlement) Laufende Compliance Kontrollen für relevante Investmentfonds Portfolioabstimmung inkl. Pflege und Kontrolle von Kursen, Stammdaten und Assetklassifizierungen Erstellen von Vermögensberichten inkl. Vorprüfung und Plausibilitätschecks (z. B.
