As a Learning and Development Specialist , you play a key role in coordinating and delivering development programs that support the growth of our workforce. You assist with understanding learning needs, organizing training logistics, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure programs run smoothly. You will work closely with internal partners to ensure that learning solutions align with business needs. You will also support communication and coordination with external vendors to ensure high quality learning resources are delivered. Where relevant, you will help apply digital learning tools and AI supported solutions to enhance the learning experience. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for: As a Learning and Development Specialist, having experience with data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) is a strong advantage. Learning management system (LMS) administration and the use of digital learning tools will also be an integral part of this role. You are a learning and development aficionado, therefore you have great communication skills, strong collaboration abilities and a natural strength in organization and project coordination. Ideally, you have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably gained in an international or multicultural setting. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Since you will collaborate with teams across different regions, being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
