Responsibilities: The Benelux Corporate Finance graduate position at Deutsche Bank enables you to develop essential skills and gain experience in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will be working on the execution of live transactions, assisting in the origination of projects, and supporting senior bankers in all aspects of M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions. You will conduct in-depth industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution efforts, assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials, and perform detailed financial analysis including valuation, merger consequences, and leveraged buyout analysis. Teams usually include both Amsterdam- and London-based bankers, providing you with international investment banking exposure and opportunities to collaborate effectively with deal teams across different locations. Skills: Analyzes complex financial data, builds financial models, and performs valuation analysis with accuracy Communicates effectively by presenting complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and interacts professionally with colleagues and clients Demonstrates a strong work ethic and adaptability, managing multiple projects in a demanding environment and adapting well to new challenges and tight deadlines Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Possesses foundational knowledge of key financial principles, accounting standards, and capital markets relevant to investment banking activities Well-being & Benefits Emotionally and mentally balanced We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
