Job Description: About the Programme The Code First Girls Mid-Level Accelerator programme is designed for women with 1.5+ years of technical experience who want to deepen their skills and accelerate into new technology roles. This 16-week programme combines advanced technical training with real-world project work and professional development. Upon successful completion of the programme, the graduates will have upgraded their skills and will have the opportunity to be considered for a new technology role within DB Global Technology Romania. Responsibilities Work together with our highly skilled international development teams to build and maintain features of our Apps and SDKs; Ensure proper performance and quality of the code you write and continuously participate in code reviews; Write unit tests for robustness, edge cases, and general reliability; Write code in compliance with our coding standards and security mechanisms; Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, designers, and QA team in an agile environment; Participate in developer guilds and enjoy learning/sharing knowledge with the team. Skills Proficient in Android development; Kotlin, dependency injection, reactive programming; Understanding of SOLID principles and patterns like MVP/MVVM; Experience with REST/JSON and Git; Basic knowledge of Swift and data structures/collections; You have good communication, interpersonal skills and are a team player .
