Deine Aufgaben: Du hast direkten Kontakt mit Kund*innen, informierst sie über Produkte und Konditionen mit Schwerpunkt im Investment- / Wertpapiergeschäft. Du nimmst Wertpapierorder nach Kundenwünschen auf. Du sorgst für eine gute Kommunikation und triffst eigenständige Entscheidungen. Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen: Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Kund*innenservice oder bist Quereinsteiger*in mit Kommunikationstalent. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1). Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit PC und Softwareanwendungen. Du hast ein Interesse an Investment - und Wertpapierthemen. Du verfügst über eine gute Auffassungsgabe. Du bist auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und hast generell Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
