岗位描述： 1.根据客户订单为客户安排提货、发货和出运相关事宜； 2.对进口货物进行运输时间的追踪查询并更新货物情况报告给客户和相关方； 3.协调进出口操作部门和代理处理货物发运和到达后的相关事宜； 4.对货物不正常情况进行跟踪处理，如分批到货、破损、索赔等； 5.相关单证的操作和处理。 岗位要求： 1、大专以上学历，物流、贸易或英语相关专业； 2、具备国际货运代理相关空运知识和经验，接受优秀应届毕业生； 3、良好的英语书面和口头表达能力； 4、良好的沟通和协调能力； 5、有责任感，认真仔细耐心，有良好的抗压能力； 6、有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
