Key Responsibilities: Acts as a strategic liaison between HR and business leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals. Engage with Site Managers/GM in understanding and owning priority areas of their respective people agenda Administers core human resource processes including employment, labor and employee relations, performance management and workforce planning within a specific business unit or subsidiary. Develops and recommends solutions to a variety of human resources issues. Handle grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and labor regulations. Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Administers approved company-wide employee relations policies and practices. Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making. Develops internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal business issues. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years as an HR Business Partner. Proven experience in a fast-paced, blue-collar, logistics, or warehouse environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws, industrial relations & regulatory compliance. Ability to interact effectively with all levels off organization. Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
