Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding. We’re building a new team of Senior Business Functional Analysts and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us in driving process automation across Deutsche Bank’s operations. Skills and Responsibilities: Excellent German and English written and spoken language skills; Profound Experience with German culture and banking-related processes like Garnishment, Insolvency, Lending, Consumer finance, and Investment processes; Profound experience as an active Business Functional Analyst in IT projects across the entire SDLC: - Carrying out process analyses with many stakeholders with the aim of process automation; - Create BPM, design data model and required structured data, write user stories; - Input for data usage in technical interfaces for automation/understanding of APIs; - Responsible for input to development teams; - Creation of test scenarios/test cases/test data and implementation; - Accompanying Go-Live and post-implementation phase. Independent and cooperative working methods, assertiveness, and mediation skills; Work independently and prioritize, as well as proactively take on and drive tasks; Practical experience in modelling processes and Process Automation Tools: BPMN, Adonis, Camunda; Knowledge/experience in data modelling.
