We are looking for an exceptional Site Operations Manager to join our talented team based at our Te Kapua site, thriving in a culture of openness, trust, and mutual respect. WHAT YOU’LL DO In this role, you will: Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient and profitable site for the organization and the customers Execute the agreed operational targets and service levels through developing the sites frontline team and efficiently planning all day-to-day site activities. Provide leadership in people management and coordinate operational and administrative functions in the facility Coordinate team performance to achieve customer KPIs and internal operational targets. Manage costs within budget and assist with site plans and performance monitoring. Support the team during the implementation of continuous improvement actions by providing any necessary resources and investments Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement. WHAT YOU’LL BRING We’re looking for someone with: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams at all levels to consistently deliver outstanding results. Strong expertise in managing Operations/Warehousing Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders. Financial skills that include developing targets, maintaining budgets, and analysing operational initiatives Operational experience working with healthcare, life sciences and automation is preferred but not essential. A track record of operational excellence, ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for the success of this role.
