Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes Site Pallet control Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders Plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events Organise management meetings, agenda, minutes and action items and follow ups You have the following qualities & qualifications: 2IC or pallet control experience Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail strong knowledge of MS Office applications Good data entry skills Highly developed written and oral communication skills Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude
