What will we do together? Lead and empower an operational team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service, Acts as the first point of contact to customer and our team, Manage daily transport orders and cooperate with logistics service providers Track shipments, handle issues, prepare reports, and ensure process quality Improve processes, implement new system solutions, and work with internal stakeholders Participate in optimization projects and ensure the achievement of operational and budgetary goals. Who are we looking for? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to transportation, supply chain, or transport operations execution, Knowledge of air and ocean transport (desirable), Team leadership and people development skills, Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders, Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills, Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
