Job Purpose: The BPO team within Finance Operations drives key initiatives across three core areas: Strategic finance projects in collaboration with all DHL Group divisions. Process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency within the Finance Operations division. Digitalization projects aimed at modernizing and transforming Finance Operations. Your tasks: Develop and maintain data‑driven solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and Excel. Design and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models to support finance‑critical processes with actionable insights. Build new solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, to automate processes and enable digital transformation. Integrate additional advanced technologies such as RPA/UiPath, BPM/Bizagi, OCR/Abbyy, or Microsoft Azure depending on project requirements. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and optimization of key systems. Perform operational tasks, including: Monitoring automations and systems Maintaining master data in TM1 Executing upload processes Conducting troubleshooting activities Lead independent development projects, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and applications. Design process automation solutions in coordination with process analysts, automation architects, and project managers within an agile working environment. Participate in regular exchanges with digitalization and process optimization experts to adopt best practices and support process harmonization and standardization. Your profile: Excellent communication skills in English Strong expertise in Power BI and data transformation using Power Query and Excel, combined with very good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint for developing and automating business solutions.
