We're now looking for Customer Service Colleagues to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success. ✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers' journey positively memorable Consistently delivering the highest customer service Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence ✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays Are confident dealing with challenging situations Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills Candidates must be able to attend the assessment day on Monday 6th April ✅ SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL To obtain a full airside ID, you must: Be able to provide five years' address history Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test ✅ WHY JOIN US?
