Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: Corporate Actions is part of Global Securities Operations (GSO) and is responsible for managing and supporting all corporate actions services for GSO. Product scope covers various corporate action events such as AGM/EGM, proxy, interest and cash dividend payments, stock dividends, stock splits, bonus issue, reverse stock split, rights issue, merger, and tender.
