Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: You will be joining a team of experienced lawyers supporting the Bank’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets division within the Investment Bank, with a focus on debt capital markets, equity capital markets, M&A, as well as general commercial contract negotiation, covering clients in APAC. The role will involve cross-border transaction management, general advisory work, risk management and policy and internal controls development. The team is actively involved in and contributes the development of industry-wide initiatives in the capital markets.
