The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads. Shape your world. Role Purpose : Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions. Key Accountabilities : Support and lead the trainers at the site. Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates. Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level. Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS. Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers. Support operations as needed by leadership. Required Education and Experience : 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer
