Job Description: Job Title: DKS - Compensation Finance Analyst Location: Manila Corporate Title: Senior Analyst Set-Up: #LI-Hybrid Compensation Finance, within CFO, is responsible for Group-wide compensation planning, forecasting and analysis as well as the month end closure and the accurate financial reporting of compensation and benefits. Your role provides critical review of risks and enforces financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency in management and financial reporting. You will be performing cost calculations, bookings, accounts payable processing, reconciliation and reporting in the field of Compensation and Benefits, ensuring that controls are effectively performed. Your role will help hone your stakeholder management skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Front and Middle Office, Country Finance teams, Operations and other support functions.
