Job Description: Payroll Analyst with English And French (f/m/x) DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Responsibilities payroll operations and inputs processing (eg. medical leaves, absences, new hires, terminations, etc), for the allocated countries and in collaboration with the services providers and/or the local HR team. collaborate with the local teams/specialists / employees in order to obtain the relevant data and approvals. administer employee’s lifecycle activities ensuring all documentation is following the legal requirements and internal policies for the countries allocated overtime process management & preparation for payroll input. manage international assignments cases, from payroll perspective. manage the employees’ benefits enrollments and prepare input reports for payroll (communicate with the employees & vendors, check enrolments and terminations, place orders or other similar activities). manage the benefits vendors in terms of operations. support in HR IT systems implementations projects (Workday, payroll,etc). further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR policies updates and implementation, support on new HR processes). Skills 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization and with gained knowledge in payroll and Labor legislation knowledge for one of the European countries. experience in HR Systems (Workday, SAP, preferable), Excel, Word. English & French skills - advanced. good communication and cooperation skills. detailed oriented, good planning and priority skills. adaptability and cooping very well with a dynamic environment.
