To provide administrative and analytical support for the performance of all outside service agreements as they relate to maintenance and/or airport operating agreements; construction and property management._x000D_ _x000D_ Prepares and administers contract bid solicitation process to ensure compliance with policy and procedures. Prepares and monitors construction contracts and subsequent change orders, analyze applications for payment to ensure contract compliance. Monitors and tracks operating agreements and interfaces with other related department to ensure contract compliance. Prepares and administers documentation required for payments of obligations including insurance and maintenance charges. Prepares comparative analysis reports of monthly facility expenditures to determine and resolve discrepancies. Develops and maintains (via an automated system) statistical facility information. Prepares and administers execution of lease agreement packages to ensure accuracy, and that expenses are authorized for funding. Monitors goods and services acquired through purchase order process for timely receipt, appropriate account, coding and funding. Assists in development of policies and procedures to ensure good business practices and compliance to corporate policy. Bachelors degree. Four (4) years experience in contract administration in either lease agreements or construction contracts. Knowledge of FDX automated systems. Strong communication and analytical skills. Fluent in English and local country language.
