Role overview As Technology Service Analyst / Application Owner, you ensure the stability, compliance, and evolution of key local payment applications while collaborating with business teams, global IT, and external providers. Responsibilities Own and manage the full lifecycle of local payment applications (Cheques, LCR...). This includes phases such as writing requirements, tests definition and execution, promotion in production. Ensure operational stability and coordinate Level 2/3 support. Maintain and monitor compliance with governance, security, change and risk frameworks. Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, cybersecurity teams and maintain documentation. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Skills Proven experience in IT application management (must‑have). Knowledge of IT project management and ITIL principles (essential). Understanding of SQL and Windows Server environments (essential). Knowledge of Cheques / LCR payment products. Strong communication, analytical mindset, teamwork, autonomy, and customer orientation.
