Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Regulatory What you will do Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, declare customs declaration form and determine duty rates and tax liabilities Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance You will be a great fit if you have: At least three (3) years of work experience in Customs Customs professional certificates is issued by Customs Department is preferrable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance Are proficient in customs clearance software and online customs portal Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail What you can expect Attractive remuneration package includes: Contractual Bonus Tuition Assistance Holiday Bonus Performance Incentive for KPI achievement.
