Your Responsibilities You lead the global Product Market Insights & Revenue Optimization function You define and execute strategies to optimize revenue streams and product profitability You analyze market and competitive developments and translate insights into concrete recommendations You orchestrate the development of dashboards, KPIs and automated reporting frameworks You conduct margin analyses and actively identify revenue opportunities You oversee revenue and volume forecasting and multi‑year planning You collaborate closely with product managers, advisory specialists, sales steering and control functions You present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership You lead and develop an international analyst team and build regional analytics hubs Your Profile You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field You bring 7+ years of experience in revenue management, sales analytics or financial strategy, including 3+ years in leadership You understand Private Banking & Wealth Management products in depth You apply analytics tools and financial modeling confidently You communicate clearly, influence effectively and operate with a strategic mindset You have fluent German and English skills What we offer We provide you with a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and offerings to support both, your private and professional needs.
