What you will be doing: Job Purpose Statement: Supports operational continuity by providing effective facility and equipment services/solutions for planned and re-active maintenance. Manages vendor performance in accordance with the contractual terms. Involves some guidance on more complex areas or performance issues. Leads defined local initiatives to improve maintenance solutions (synergies, new methods, scheduling etc). Advises and supports all management and less experienced peers Scope Fedex Facilities and Material Handling Equipment in Portugal and East-South Spain. Around 20 sites. Full Maintenance execution (Hard and Soft Services included), asset performance follow up and Regulatory Statutory compliance. Energy/Utilities Management. What do you bring with you: Accountabilities: Business and Technical Knowledge Planned, Preventive and Re-active Maintenance Contract Reviews/Renewals and negotiation. Implementing Projects/Change locally Cost Savings and Control Administration and Reporting Incident resolution Skills: Maintenance requirements related to Facilities Material Handling systems and Building Services Mechanical and Electrical background. Vendor Management Negotiation Portuguese and Spanish fluent. Business English. Planning Project Follow up. Basic Finance Knowledge. CMMS/ERP/Programming.
