Job Description: Job Title: Branch Operation Analyst Location: Mumbai, India Role Description This specialized position involves daily deal processing, confirmation, exchange settlements, and regulatory reporting for the operations team of Deutsche Equities India Private Limited. Ensure transparency across all program activities, risks, issues tracking, and status reporting Manage and effectively resolve all incoming queries from clients within a pre-agreed time frame. Familiarity with existing/upcoming Exchange/SEBI regulated changes and impact to operational flows Placing and release of collateral at NSE Understand of the FNO and Currency clearing and settlement mechanism Monitor real time position limits and margin Ensure timely give up of trades Coordinate with exchange and brokers Knowledge of exchange settlement process Ensure seamless day to day operation Proactively suggest to system vendors for any new requirement & enhancement needed Responsible for new clearing account setup Ensure all daily reconciliation are performed and exception worked upon Prepare & update the “procedure manual” on a regular basis Participate in internal and external audits Your skills and experience 5-6 years’ experience with Indian capital markets, derivatives, or settlements Background in broking would be preferred. Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, dedication to service, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
