Our Branch Operations team ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly – from payments and settlements to corporate actions and reporting. If you want to understand how banking operations really work and gain hands-on experience in an international environment, this role is for you. Responsibilities Support and control selected outsourced areas (Payments, Investigations, Static Data, TFR, etc.) Cooperate with the Custody team on trade settlement and corporate actions Communicate with internal and external stakeholders Ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLAs Participate in cross-departmental projects Identify and escalate operational or regulatory risks when needed You’ll get real responsibility from day one and exposure to different parts of the bank. Skills Czech – native or fluent level English – communicative level (daily emails and calls) Basic understanding of accounting / finance Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel; MS Access is an advantage) Highschool degree in economics (or similar) Team player with strong communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn Wellbeing and benefits Emotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
