We are seeking a strategic commercial leader with deep expertise in enterprise pricing and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will shape pricing strategies for global customers, deliver actionable insights to management, and spearhead process improvements that drive sustainable growth. Customer & Market Insights: Analyze transactional data, industry trends, and competitive positioning to shape value propositions and optimize win ratios. Governance & Compliance: Establish robust pricing policies, controls, and approval mechanisms to safeguard revenue and ensure transparency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional deal execution, build strong networks across global teams, and influence senior leadership with data‑driven recommendations. Process Transformation: Identify gaps and champion innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. Coaching & Leadership: Mentor team members on complex pricing proposals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. What your main responsibilities are: Main Responsibilities Develop competitive pricing strategies with sales and marketing to optimize profitability and win ratio. Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and regions. Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. What You’ll Work On Analyze P&L and recommend margin/yield improvements. Act as a technical expert, supporting management with complex analysis and projects.
