Job Description: Job Title: Sales Coverage Support Analyst Location: Mumbai, India Corporate Title: AVP Role Description The Working Capital (WoCA) team is responsible for managing the Financial Supply Chain Program across Corporate Bank’s global locations. The team supports program management, supplier finance onboarding, legal documentation repapering, and static system setups for suppliers. WoCA collaborates with global teams and suppliers to finalize contracts and legal documentation. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and solutions related to legal documentation and system operations for suppliers based in the US. The analyst will independently and proactively support suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and provide guidance to suppliers and program managers globally. The role also involves offering feedback and best practices to team members to ensure both individual and collective performance meets current and future bank requirements. In some cases, the analyst will assist the supplier program process by connecting with suppliers, liaising with program managers and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external legal/regulatory frameworks.
