Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Operations Agent is to issue freight quotations and to organize and coordinate the transportation of assigned shipments while ensuring customer requirements are met. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide freight quotations to existing and potential partners Make bookings with airlines and the Gateway center Process, manage, and distribute all required documentation related to transportation Organize pickup and delivery of shipments Handle and manage claims and exceptions Identify supplier/subcontractor performance issues and propose improvement solutions Monitor shipments and ensure smooth execution of delivery Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in forwarding, logistics, or transport operations Intermediate level of English (written and spoken) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Advantages: Educational background in logistics (secondary or higher education) Experience in a multinational environment FedEx Logistics provides freight forwarding, as well as import and export services that allow companies to reach markets throughout the world.
