Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. You will join the Group Chief Security Office (CSO) in the Security Training and Awareness team, leading a global programme focused on human‑related cyber risk. The role combines information security expertise with senior project leadership to strengthen employee awareness, skills and resilience against phishing and cyber threats. Responsibilities Lead the Human Risk Management programme as senior project lead, owning the roadmap, delivery governance and measurable outcomes. Translate information security strategy and regulatory expectations into learning‑led, human‑centric risk mitigation approaches. Drive phishing simulations and behavioural enablement initiatives as core components of the HRM programme. Govern the Phishing Rewards and Consequence Model, ensuring learning impact, fairness and regulatory robustness. Engage senior stakeholders across CSO, Risk, Compliance, HR and Technology to ensure alignment, sponsorship and programme success. Skills Strong expertise in information security and human‑centric cyber risk within a banking or regulated financial services environment, combined with a self‑driven approach and ability to deliver with minimal oversight. Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programmes and drive delivery across Security, Risk, Compliance, HR and Technology, demonstrating strong ownership and execution discipline. Deep understanding of the banking regulatory and supervisory landscape and its implications for information security and human risk management. Ability to translate regulatory and security requirements into pragmatic, learning‑led solutions that enable secure employee behaviour at scale. Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability to engage, manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
