What’s in it for you? ✨Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working model / Flexible hours / Birthday off / No dress code / Happy Hours 🩺Health & Wellness: Life & Health Insurance / An Employee Assistance & Wellness Program 🚌Transportation: Shuttle service / Transportation support 💰 Financial Benefits: Meal allowance / Employee Referral Bonus Program / Performance bonus & promotion / Accenture Recognition Points  💪Professional Development: Learning budget / Personal career development with People Leads / Buddy Program 🌎Work Environment: Working on international projects with a globally diverse team / A fast-paced technology environment Required Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI consulting experience, with expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. Strong knowledge of Turkish localization, including tax configuration, statutory reporting, and legal compliance. Proven experience with Turkey e-Transformation solutions: e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Archive, and e-Waybill. Deep understanding of core FI areas: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Closing activities. Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP localization or S/4HANA global roll-out implementations. Solid understanding of accounting principles and alignment with IFRS/local GAAP. Experience with integrations across SAP CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, QM, and third-party systems. Ability to lead workshops, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a strong advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and innovations.   Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate financial and accounting requirements. Design and implement SAP FI solutions aligned with Turkish localization, statutory compliance, and business needs. Participate in business workshops, contributing to Fit-to-Standard analysis and identifying GAPs for localization requirements. Configure SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and local statutory processes. Ensure full compliance with Turkish e-Transformation requirements, including e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Archive, and e-Waybill integrations. Provide expertise in Treasury Management processes and related financial operations. Demonstrate strong understanding of cross-module integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, and QM modules. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user training materials. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, assist business users, and resolve defects within project timelines. Deliver post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize SAP FI processes. Facilitate workshops, present solutions, and guide business stakeholders through best-practice financial processes. Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams during project implementation and support phases. #GreatPlaceToWork Apply Now! Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are looking for people with their own life story and out-of-the-ordinary resume.
