Location(s): Chile City/Cities: Santiago de Chile Travel Required: 00% - 25% Relocation Provided: No Job Posting End Date: March 4, 2026 Shift: Job Description Summary: The Strategy function in LATAM at The Coca ‑ Cola Company sits at the heart of shaping where and how we win in one of the most dynamic and diverse regions in the world.    This is a high ‑ impact, high ‑ visibility function that blends rigorous analytics with storytelling, collaboration, and influence—working across geographies, categories, and bottlers to steer growth, challenge the status quo, and future ‑ proof the business.    Joining LATAM Strategy means being part of a purpose ‑ driven, globally connected community where you can accelerate your development, shape iconic brands, and make a tangible impact at scale.   As a Strategy Franchise Integration   Director   CBP   (Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay), you will   be   responsible for , in partnership with the region´s leadership team, setting the strategic agenda and supporting its implementation through the deployment of actionable commercial insights at market level .     What   You’ll   Do for Us     Lead the Strategy team in CBP while becoming a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership in the region .   Responsible   to find   opportunities or course   correction   of ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’ and to   anticipate   potential impacts of competition on our business performance.   Orchestrate the Long-Range Planning (5 year) process across the system and lead the key   results   target setting and insights sharing.   Lead Strategy´s translation into volume and value goals, helping define future ambition through thought leadership, industry understanding, growth   option   identification, decision-making criteria definition, and opportunity prioritization .   Participate with a key role in ABP process: align and contribute to the overall strategy, Roadshows, insights sessions, strategy and forecast key business results (in coordination with Finance and other relevant functions).   Support leadership agendas by suggesting and ensuring alignment of hot topics and   setting   the agenda.   Maximize the network   within   other Strategy teams and vendors to deliver key insights to the local business. Develop deep dives to   identify   granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at local level.   Develop actionable and compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives.   Use a fact-based, strategic approach to   identify   the insights, strategies, and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy with actionable commercial levers.   Project Management and Strategic Processes leadership.   Capture and network best practices, import and export   good ideas   both locally in the OU and globally.   Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.     Communication   Focus   Strong influence,   communication   and negotiation skills to align strategies, as well as build value-based relationships through   numerous   sensitive situations (often directly with Bottlers and Company leadership).   Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with   appropriate   and relevant messaging at all levels of the System.    Comfortable with indirect   influencing   and indirect   managing /coordinating.    Capable   to work   and   adapt   within a   multi-cultural   environment.     Qualification   &   Requirements     + 10   years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Business   Intelligence   or other related areas.   Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.   Experience working with external providers, such as Nielsen,   Scanntech , Kantar Worldpanel and/or   Euromonitor   is a plus.   Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.   Fluency in English   and   Spanish.     Key   Knowledge   Franchise leadership/negotiation: to drive better conversations into practical applications.   Solid business acumen skills: ability to translate data and insights to contribute to key business   decisions   making.   Tools: Advanced Excel and   PowerPoint are   must haves .   PowerBI   and other Data Analytics tools will be a plus.   Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and   connecting   the dots to develop   a holistic approach   in creating strategy.   Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence, and convince stakeholders through   a structured , fact base and action-oriented storytelling.   Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.   Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.   Systemic thinking: Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.       What We Can Do   For   You    Iconic & Innovative Brands : Our portfolio represents over 250 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade, and more.   Expansive & Diverse Customers : We work with a diversified group of   customers which range   from retail & grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theatres, and restaurants.   Purpose Driven : Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.   Global Connections : Allows you to develop,   enhance   and   maintain   global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.   Community of Belonging :   We’re   an organization that   believes   our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered,   lets   you bring your best self to work.   Skills: Analytics Software, Communication, Competitor Analysis, Customer Insights, Data Mining, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Influencing, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Long Term Planning, Microsoft Office, Professional Presentation, Relationship Building, Risk Mitigation Strategies, Stakeholder Management, Storytelling, Strategic Thinking, Syndicated Research, Tactical Planning, Waterfall Model Our Purpose and Growth Culture: We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
