Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-usPosition SummaryThe Space Planner is responsible for the planogram drawing and execution for all Canadian Retailers for all e.l.f. beauty brands.\nResponsbilitiesExecution of planograms in JDA Blue YonderDevelopment and upkeep of weekly reports and trackingIdentifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analyticsAd hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insightsAbility to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for  planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partnersWork collaboratively with customer space planning team to execute resetsBrief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike & follow up on progressWork closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset executionMaintain the Canadian Product Libraries by season for all e.l.f. beauty brandsWork cross functionally with VM, Innovation, Sales, Operations to ensure best-in-class reset executionRequirements1-3 years of JDA prospace experience, white wall/cosmetics experience preferredExcellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and powerpointDetail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at oncePassion for beautyAbility to work in a team or independentlyCan do attitudeTravel required\n$70,000 - $84,000 a year\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
