This includes a new hire grant and eligibility for an annual refresh grant.• Hybrid work environment• Half-day Fridays year-round  Position Summary The Space Planner is responsible for, but not limited to, the coordination, drawing and execution of planograms for international retailers for all e.l.f. beauty brands. Responsibilities·       Create, submit & upkeep planograms in JDA. ·       Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics·       Space to sales detailed analysis for POGs.·       Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights.·       Ability to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners.·       Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution.·       Partner with sales, brand, demand planning and VM to align space planning with broader business objectivesCreate presentations for internal reviews with leadership teams and address feedback with solution-based creative thinking.  RequirementsProven track record in space planning in retail with a white wall/cosmetics experience preferred.Experience of space planning software such as Blue Yonder (JDA) or similar.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightExcellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with specific focus on Excel and Power PointDetail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.Organization, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration with cross-function partnersKnowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trendsAbility to work in a team or independently.Passion for BeautyCan do attitude.Travel required.  This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
