SKIN, will support the planning, creation, and execution of social-first content for e.l.f. SKIN, helping the brand show up authentically and trend-forward across platforms. This role offers hands-on experience with content development, community support, campaign coordination, and performance tracking in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.\nResponsibilities:Support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across platformsAssist with building and maintaining social content calendarsBrainstorm and pitch social-first, trend-relevant content ideasDraft captions, text overlays, and community responses under guidanceSupport campaign launches and seasonal moments through asset organization and coordinationAssist with social reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign recapsMonitor trends, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to e.l.f. SKINRequirements:Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipStrong interest in social media, beauty, skincare, and digital culturePassion for content creation and storytellingFamiliarity with social platforms such as Instagram and TikTokStrong written communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCreative, curious, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBusiness Rationale:This summer, the Social Media e.l.f.tern will support the creation and execution of social-first content for e.l.f. Key responsibilities include writing copy for in-feed and social content, organizing and managing UGC, supporting co-branded giveaways, and maintaining content calendars.
