Beauty is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer Marketing to support creator relationships across e.l.f. SKIN and emerging new verticals. This role is highly hands-on and focused on creator sourcing, gifting operations, in-office experiences, content tracking, and reporting. You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing authentic creator relationships while helping scale organic influencer programs in new and growing categories.\nResponsibilities:Creator Sourcing & VettingIdentify and evaluate creators relevant to current brand priorities across platforms, assessing tier, niche, audience fit, and engagementVerify creator contact and address details and secure consent for giftingMaintain accurate creator profiles in Tribe and CreatorIQ, including platforms, category fit, location, and internal notesPR List Expansion & HygieneAdd and maintain qualified creators with complete and accurate data (email, address, platform links)Build weekly creator send lists aligned to product priorities and individual creator preferencesCoordinate pick, pack, and ship workflows with operations, including labeling, insertions, and timingTrack deliveries, follow-ups, and any issues (returns, damages) to resolutionIn-Office Creator VisitsSource, schedule, and host two creator office visits per week aligned to brand and category prioritiesPrepare agendas including product education, sampling, and content capture opportunitiesCapture meeting notes, interest signals, and next steps; update creator cohort statusContent Tracking & ReportingMonitor creator posts and stories resulting from mailers and meetings; capture links, formats, and basic engagement metricsIdentify high-potential creators for future relationship developmentPrepare weekly content recaps highlighting top-performing organic creator contentMaintain weekly trackers summarizing send-outs, meetings, content surfaced, and progress versus goalsDeliver concise weekly readouts with insights, risks, needs, and upcoming plansPrepare a final internship presentation highlighting impact, learnings, and recommendations for future organic community growthRequirements:Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thAvailable for in-office work at least three days per weekClear communicator, comfortable engaging with creators and internal partnersStrong organizational and project management skills across multiple work streams, calendars, and deadlinesHigh attention to detail, especially related to data hygiene, addresses, and mailer quality assuranceResearch-savvy with experience discovering and vetting creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeComfortable tracking basic performance metrics and weekly KPIsProactive problem-solver who flags risks early and proposes solutionsExperience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint)Familiarity with social platforms, list management, and basic shipping workflows (training provided)Prior internship, campus, or relevant experience in influencer marketing, PR, social, or events preferredPassion for beauty, skincare, and emerging lifestyle categoriesReliable, responsive, and professional with a strong sense of brand stewardship and confidentialityBusiness Rationale:This summer, the e.l.f.tern will support influencer marketing initiatives across e.l.f.
