This role offers hands-on exposure to creator partnerships, PR coordination, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a science-forward, fast-growing skincare brand.\nResponsibilities:Influencer Campaign ExecutionSupport the day-to-day conceptualization and execution of paid and organic influencer campaignsProactively source and identify user-generated content (UGC) that authentically showcases real product use and strong brand alignmentAssist with creator research across TikTok, Meta platforms, YouTube, and emerging channelsTrack campaign performance, metrics, and post-campaign summaries using Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQAssist with influencer send-outs, including shipment coordination, product selection, and organizationStay up to date on cultural moments and trends, sharing relevant insights with the teamPress Release & Communications LiaisonSupport PR strategy to help drive awareness through earned media and storytellingAssist with follow-ups and coordination with the PR agencyConsolidate PR updates and share clear status updates with internal stakeholdersHelp ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables remain organized and on trackEvents & ActivationsSupport planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and activations requiring PR or influencer coordinationAssist with guest list management, influencer and media attendance, and on-site supportSupport post-event reporting and learnings by tracking coverage, content, and performance metricsCross-Team SupportCollaborate cross-functionally with Social, Community, Brand, Corporate Communications, Digital, and Creative teams to support key brand momentsRequirements:Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thBased in New York, with availability for a hybrid schedule including at least three days in person per weekStrong interest in influencer marketing, PR, beauty, and creator cultureFluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platformsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverablesFamiliarity with influencer marketing tools and campaign tracking systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentBusiness Rationale:This summer, the Naturium e.l.f.tern will support influencer and PR initiatives by assisting with creator research, event execution, and press coordination across key launches and brand moments.
