Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Digital Design, Campaigns & Activations to support the creation of digital assets across email, social, and e-commerce channels. In this role, you’ll help bring creative concepts to life through design work for real campaigns and activations, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment. This internship offers exposure to a wide range of digital touchpoints while supporting high-impact brand moments.\nResponsibilities:Support the creation of digital design assets for email, Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce homepages, banners, and other marketing channelsAssist in executing creative concepts for campaigns and brand activations across digital platformsCollaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to help bring creative ideas from concept to executionSupport multiple projects at once while meeting timelines and creative standardsRequirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1 - August 28Available for in-office work in Los Angeles at least three days per weekStrong graphic design portfolio demonstrating digital-first creative workAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorExperience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plusAwareness of current fashion, beauty, design, and social trendsKnowledgeable and passionate about social trends and pop cultureHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, time management, and collaboration skillsComfortable working both independently and within a creative teamEagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to feedback and growthBusiness Rationale:This summer, the intern will support a variety of projects across the Campaigns and Activations team, contributing to graphic design for digital assets across e-commerce, email, and social channels.
