In this role, you'll manage the creation, execution, and production of all print materials, trade show assets, and PR Kits from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with our Operations PM to stay on top of critical dates and timelines, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. You'll collaborate with designers, brand marketing, product development teams, regulatory, and production partners to ensure each print project moves smoothly from initial design through final production.\nResponsibilities:Packaging/Print DevelopmentLead end-to-end print production timelines for packaging, trade shows, PR Kits, and other marketing collateralManage all print workflows including layout design, copywriting, and proofing.Create detailed project timelines, assign tasks across teams, manage deadlines, and proactively flag risks or blockersWork closely with the Operations PM to ensure alignment on project timelines and delivery datesMaintain visibility into all print projects and ensure alignment with brand priorities and launch datesServe as the central point of contact between creative, product development, regulatory, operations, and supply chain teamsLead regular packaging status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholdersManage vendor timelines, proof reviews, production samples, and quality checksCoordinate print samples, mock-ups, and production proofs for internal review and approvalProcess Implementation & ComplianceOwn the implementation and enforcement of our newly established NPD packaging processEnsure all team members and stakeholders follow standardized workflows and proceduresIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistencyTrain team members on process requirements and best practicesTrade Show ManagementCoordinate all print and promotional materials for trade show activations including signage, banners, booth graphics, product displays, promotional materials, and branded collateralManage trade show timelines from pre-show planning through on-site execution and post-show wrap-upPR Kit Development & ExecutionLead the design, production, and fulfillment of PR Kits for media, influencers, and brand partnersCoordinate PR Kit components including custom packaging, printed inserts, product information cards, branded materials, and promotional itemsManage PR Kit budgets, vendor relationships, and production schedules to meet press and influencer campaign deadlinesQualifications:5+ years of experience in print project management, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or CPG spaceStrong understanding of print production processesExperience managing print materials from concept through productionExperience coordinating trade show materials, booth graphics, and event-based print production a plusKnowledge of beauty and skincare marketing compliance and regulatory requirementsHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple print projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional workflowsExperience implementing and managing process improvements and ensuring team adoptionProficient in project management tools (Wrike preferred)\n$80,000 - $110,000 a year\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
